These terms govern your use of the Bookingcar website and any car rental reservation you make through it. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Our role
Bookingcar is an independent comparison and booking platform. We display rental offers from third-party suppliers and facilitate your booking through our technology partner. The rental contract itself is between you and the supplier, and is subject to the supplier's own terms shown before you book.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are shown inclusive of mandatory taxes and airport fees. Optional extras (additional drivers, child seats, insurance upgrades) and any refundable security deposit are payable to the supplier. We show the currency and the full price before you confirm.
3. Bookings, changes & cancellations
The cancellation and amendment policy for each offer is displayed before booking and repeated in your confirmation. Most bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24–48 hours before pick-up. Manage your reservation from the Manage booking page.
4. At the rental desk
You must present a valid driving licence, a credit card in the main driver's name and identification. The supplier may refuse the rental if requirements are not met; in such cases the supplier's cancellation terms apply.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to present accurate information, but we are not the supplier and are not liable for the vehicle, the rental service, or matters governed by the supplier's contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
