Advance booking gives you a better choice of car classes, automatic transmission, and supplier options. Last-minute rentals may be limited or more expensive, particularly at airports and popular downtown locations.
The deposit is usually released within a few days after drop-off ამრიწარში. The exact timing depends on your bank and card provider; most unblock the amount within 3-14 business days. Any traffic fines, damage, or missing fuel may delay or reduce the refunded sum, according to the supplier's terms.
The excess, or deductible, is the maximum amount you pay if the car is damaged or stolen ამრიწარში. The rental company covers costs above this limit. Excess levels vary by car class and supplier; you can often reduce or waive it by purchasing additional insurance or full coverage before pick-up.
Some suppliers ამრიწარში accept debit cards, but conditions apply. You may need proof of return travel, higher deposit, or extra insurance. Availability of no-deposit / no-credit-card deals is limited and depends on the location, car category, and your age and driving history.
Average daily prices ამრიწარში depend on season, demand, and car type. Economy cars are usually cheapest, while SUVs, vans, and automatics cost more. The total includes base rate, taxes, mandatory fees, and any extras you choose, like GPS, child seats, or additional drivers. Early booking often secures lower prices.
