The city is experiencing a shortage of parking spaces, so you should not count on finding free parking:

• On weekdays from 7.00 to 22.00 the cost of parking is $ 2 per hour;
• At weekends, the same conditions apply;
• In the central part of the city, one hour costs $ 4.2;
• The cost of an underground parking space can be as high as $ 40.

Petrol stations in Brisbane are available in sufficient numbers, and each of them independently sets its own operating hours, payment methods, etc. At most petrol stations you can pay for fuel using an international credit card. In the city, the cost of fuel is lower than in rural areas.

If you wish, you can avoid toll roads and use free routes instead, although the journey will take a little longer.
