The deposit is usually released within a few days after drop-off in Chevilly-larue. The exact timing depends on your bank and card provider; most unblock the amount within 3-14 business days. Any traffic fines, damage, or missing fuel may delay or reduce the refunded sum, according to the supplier's terms.
The excess, or deductible, is the maximum amount you pay if the car is damaged or stolen in Chevilly-larue. The rental company covers costs above this limit. Excess levels vary by car class and supplier; you can often reduce or waive it by purchasing additional insurance or full coverage before pick-up.
Some suppliers in Chevilly-larue accept debit cards, but conditions apply. You may need proof of return travel, higher deposit, or extra insurance. Availability of no-deposit / no-credit-card deals is limited and depends on the location, car category, and your age and driving history.

"We hired a car for a trip with friends and the price and fuel economy were good. The car itself ran fine, but the interior hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly and there were a few scuffs outside. Pickup also took longer than expected. Staff were polite though, and drop-off was quick."

"I was travelling alone for work and needed something dependable. The small hatchback was ready on time, spotless, and easy to park everywhere. Staff were friendly but not pushy, and the return took just a couple of minutes. I’d happily book through this site again."
