This cost depends on rate/charge in every particular area. Payments can be made by cash or by a special parking card. Parkings can be paid via pay machine. These machines don't give change, so you have to prepare required sum in coins beforehand. At nighttime the parkings are free of charge. Usually they have to be paid within 8 am to 8 pm.

Driving regulations
